What exactly do I get for $497 / $797?
$497 Triage: 45-min recorded video call directly with Kamyar + a 1-page written follow-up within 48 hours naming your three biggest operational bottlenecks and a prioritized 30-day action plan. Recording and plan are yours to keep and act on however you want.
$797 Triage + Follow-Up: Everything in Triage, plus a 30-minute check-in call 14 days after the diagnostic to course-correct as you start implementing.
How do you decide which tier to recommend?
It comes down to whether you have someone in-house who can drive execution after the call. If your team is strong and you just need the diagnosis + plan, $497 is right. If you're the one who'll be executing solo and you want a safety net to make sure the plan actually lands, $797 (with the 14-day check-in) is better value.
Who is this NOT for?
Anyone under $750K annual revenue (the operational levers I work with don't have enough scale below that). Anyone who isn't the decision-maker (I'm not running a discovery call for someone to forward findings to their boss). Anyone shopping for general business advice — this is specifically operations and growth bottleneck diagnosis. If you want to talk about marketing positioning, fundraising, or product strategy, I'm not the right call.
What happens after the call? Will you try to sell me a retainer?
The deliverable is the deliverable: 45-min call + written plan. There's no retainer pitch baked in. If at the end of the call we both think a longer engagement makes sense, I'll tell you what that would look like and you can decide on your own timeline. If we don't, you walk away with the plan and zero further obligation.
